khorasan powder metallurgy company was established in 1994/95 and since then it has extensive activities in the field of producing various metallurgical product, which the most important works done in the past few years are as follows:

– design and manufacturing vertical gas atomizing laboratory (1994) –

design and construction of horizontal gas atomizing line to produce copper ,tin, lead, zinc powders,(1995) –

design and manufacturing industrial production vertical gas atomizing line for the production of aluminum powder (1998) –

design and construction of horizontal atomizing line for the production of pellets shot blast (1999) –

design water atomizing line for the production of ferrous and nonferrous metals powder (2003) –

installation and operation of aluminum flake powder production line by dry ball milling method (2014) –

installation and operation of the spherical aluminum powder production line using the vacuum gas atomization

method the production capacities of the company are currently as follows:

the production capacity of copper powder and its alloys by gas atomization method is 300 tons per year –

production capacity of copper powder and its alloys by water atomizing method is 300 tons per year –

production capacity of aluminum powder by air atomization at a capacity of 1000 tons per year –

production of spherical aluminum powder by vacuum gas atomization at a capacity 1000 tons per year –

production capacity of aluminum powder flack by dry ball milling at a capacity of 500 tons per year –

production capacity powders, lead and zinc and tin a total capacity 500 tons per year –

the production capacity of steel shot blast is 400 tons per year. –

the production capacity of ferrous and non-ferrous metal powders by water and gas atomizing method is 500 tons per year.
